Humanitarian feedback mechanisms in the Rohingya response

This report showcases the wide variety of CwC activities implemented in the Rohingya response but also highlights challenges, such as the lack of formalised links between different feedback mechanisms.

A key learning is that while there is a growing interest and engagement in feedback mechanisms and CwC, there is a risk that these efforts become tick-box exercises if they are not supported by the whole organisation and lack a structural approach that links into the wider humanitarian system and focuses on giving information back to the host and refugee community in their respective own language.

Due to the dynamic nature of CwC activities, some of the numbers in the report might have slightly increased or decreased as some organisations have expanded their activities and others have ceased operations. Updated numbers can be found through the CwC working group.
