To meet the dire needs of life-saving information and social behaviour change communication materials, the programme Aa’rar Bhasanchar aims the Rohingya people living at Bhasanchar after many of them were relocated this new area. The programme includes audio and video communication materials to support the Rohingya people coping with the new environment and have a peaceful and healthy wellbeing. The output varies in length (both short and long), formats (podcasts, videos) and are designed to disseminate through loudspeaker dissemination/ community projection or one-to-one engagement.

- [23 November 2022] Programme 17 (Audio Visual) – Aa’rar Bhasanchar: How to tackle emergencies – Duration 9’16” – This episode of “Aa’rar Bhasanchar” portrays how to tackle different types of emergencies, like what to do if you see anyone drowning if you see anyone committed suicide or trying to commit suicide if you see anyone bitten by a snake if you see anyone victimized by GBV or what to do in the emergencies like a cyclone. This episode is split into two videos –
a) How to tackle emergencies –Duration 5’11” – This video showcases where to seek services and what to do to tackle troubles like drowning and suicide.
b) How to tackle emergencies –Duration 5’02” – This video describes where to seek services and what to do to tackle crises like a snake bite and GBV.

As this episode is a bit longer, this episode is split into two videos -

b) Available services in Bhasanchar –Duration 4’13” – This video describes the available services at Bhasanchar related to safety and security. This video also explains what to do and where to go to visit relatives living in Camp at Cox’s Bazaar.
