ক্যাম্পে কোনো কারণে আগুন লাগলে সেটি দ্রুত ছড়িয়ে পড়তে পারে। তাই আপনি যেখানে আশ্রয় নিয়েছেন সেখানে রানড়বা করার সময় সতর্ক থাকুন এবং শিশুদেরকে রানড়বার জায়গা ও গরম হাড়ি-পাতিল থেকে দূরে রাখুন। মোমবাতি, হারিকেন, কূপি বা অন্য কোনো বাতি জ্বালালে সেটি যেন দেয়াল বা ছাদ থেকে বেশ খানিকটা দূরে থাকে সেটি নিশ্চিত করুন। সিগারেট থেকে যেন আগুন না লাগে সেজন্য সিগারেট খাওয়া শেষে সেটি ভালো করে নিভিয়ে ফেলুন। নিরাপদে থাকুন – অগিড়ব দূর্ঘটনার বিপদ সম্পর্কে সচেতন থাকুন।

Fire can spread quickly in the camp. Be careful when cooking in your shelter, keep children away from the fire and cooking pots. Keep lamps and candles away from the walls and ceiling. Make sure your cigarettes are put out properly to avoid fire. Stay safe – be aware of the dangers of fire.
